Professional Master's Level Acupuncture Program
The Professional Master's Level Acupuncture program at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine is a master's level ACAOM candidate program. Study acupuncture, bio-medical science and related material, and experience clinical training and professional development in the areas of counseling, communications, ethics and practice management. The program itself is three academic years (27 months). Students must have previous educational credits of at least an Associate degree and/or 60 semester or 90 quarter credits in order to be accepted in the program. Graduates of the program receive a diploma and are prepared to sit for the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) exam. After successfully passing the exam, you may register to practice acupuncture in Ohio.
